Presenting sun.ergos FOR FESTIVALS, SHOWCASES, CONFERENCES

Flexible and adaptable, Sun.Ergos has productions that can be adapted to a variety of venues types. Some productions can be prepared off stage for proscenium, thrust or in-the-round staging, set-up on-stage in minutes and performed in general lighting or out-of-doors.

Some have more specific technical requirements that require more time and preparation.

Sun.Ergos can provide light plots, cue sheets for lights and sound and a completely produced version for all of our productions. In these versions, we require a Lighting Operator and a Sound Operator and sometimes one to two stage-crew.

We can also provide lights, sound equipment, dance floor and stage manager, but this requires more time and the fees are increased proportionately.

Sun.Ergos Provides Quality Materials to Promote Sun.Ergos in Your Community:

Beautiful photos in colour or black and white 8 x 10 glossies or digital files.

Colour posters with space for your information as digital files or hard copies.

Marketing sheets with all the information about the production you need to tai- lor press releases for your own community. Our marketing sheets are linked to each individual production on the web-site.

Video clips and CD Roms are available for many of our productions, along with coloured slides.

We provide full colour Sun.Ergos program covers and program information for the specific production as Quark Xpress files or hard copies.

In a fully equiped theatre, we provide:

A light plot

Cue sheets for sound and lighting operators

You provide:

Front of House / Box Office staff

Staff to hang, focus and gel our light-plot

A lighting operator and a sound operator set sound and light levels, run cue-to-cue rehearsal and performance(s)

People power to assist with set-up and strike and any stage running crew

Most productions require one or two mini-disk players, PA and speakers, including stage monitors for play back *Note: We can usually provide 2 mini-disk players and a sound system, if required

Normally, we do not use reinforcement for our voices. If it is necessary, we can accommodate

In a community hall, we provide:

A set-up with our own lighting equipment and sound system to transform your hall into a theatre!
